(1) If someone has Mohiani right in any "B" category Birta land registered in accordance with this Act, if the "B" category Birta land is registered in the name of Birtawal as the land owner, the name of the person who has Mohiani right also will be registered in Mohi and this type of Mohi will not be deprived from enjoying the Mohiani rights and rights acquired by him as a Mohi.
(2) After the "A" category land is registered in the name of Mohi, the person who earns by taking the land from such land owner before or after the commencement of this Act shall be a Mohi under the law relating to land and will acquire the right of Mohi.
